🔁 Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If there’s a problem, we’re here to help.

Eligible reasons for return:

Damaged item on arrival.

Wrong item received.

Item not delivered within 60 days.

📩 How to request a return or refund:
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a clear photo of the item. Email tunesjellybean@gmail.com

We do not accept returns for:

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used beauty products.

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days only if the item is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.

  • If you simply change your mind, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • If the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days. We’ll gladly replace or refund.
