❌ We do not accept returns for:

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used beauty products.
Returns are accepted within 14 days only if the item is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
If you simply change your mind, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
If the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days. We’ll gladly replace or refund.
